Will the backer submitted NPC names be live in beta?

The powers that be only just announced the possibility to change or acquire a commander name so I assume the NPC names (deployment) will be further down the line, especially if they allow us to designate NPC profession or gender. I do love your NPC name.

I agree and I am not expecting my chosen commander name to appear until perhaps the premium beta gets its first update or maybe even a bit later than that.
