Will the option to start in Founder's world and other ks options be available later?

I know this is a long shot, but will these options be available later?

I saw Elite Dangerous on ks back then, but forgot about it until this year.

I would've pledged for the £85 level, having those options seem great...

I am a KS backer and I got the 500 credits and an Eagle that come with my particular pledge level, but I hadn't seen the option of starting in the Founder's world. What am I missing?

edit: nevermind! I checked the KS pledge tiers again... :p
