It might be difficult too, because many already bought the expansion pass.

And what kind of bonuses did you have in mind?
One extra free planet?

To answer the OP: We don't know.

To the people speculating I want to say that special editions with bonuses does not mean overpowered.
Certain levels of pledgers on kickstarter/backers etc got various rewards but none were game breaking or overpowered or unique.
Most such as Founders world access and the Freagle simply allowed a slightly accelerated start to the game and possibly an extra skin or two, I didn't read closely into the exact reward details since I missed it (Late to the party).
Also look at the "special edition" weapons in powerplay.

In any case FD seem to be taking balance and fair play quite seriously so I can't see anything unique being added, If it happens I expect it will be the same as before. Free Diamondback scout to anyone that buys planet landing or something similar. Not gamebreaking but a nice bonus.
