it depends on the will of the lords of the ED Galaxy.
They’ve already attacked a few times in the bubble. This demonstrates they can move and attack at will anywhere FDev lords allow.
I doubt that such a serious mega incursion scenario into the bubble will occur. 1st as it is, there’s not a lot of players who enjoy antixeno blood sport. The ones that do are an incredible and unique group of pilots. It would wreck the game for most players as they want nothing to do with a career in the long grind of locating and acquiring all the components necessary to obtain antixeno weapons and ship builds.
Such a scenario of the Thargoids over running the bubble would literally wreck the economy of the bubble and change the entire mechanics of of game. Plus FDev does not want (can’t handle either) the monumental task of it. They’d literally have to build and place thousands of new station’s and settlements out in colonia. If and when you start seeing that happen then your theory becomes plausible in the long term goals of FDEV.
So to answer your question,
No, won’t happen.
conspriacy theory? Yes, but a very interesting one.
It would however be such a drastic change to evacuate the bubble while the Goids invaded that I just might welcome the change just to see how it plays out.
