Imagine the possibility to land a shuttle on an outpost, while owning an Anaconda. Or a shuttle in a coriolis station, while owning a ship too big to fit through the mail slit. I would love that.
I could see this as being entirely possible and probably enjoyable in future updates. As it is, we exit our ship in the SRV and we can dismiss it into the void, so it should be possible to exit in a non-FSD equipped shuttle and do something useful, if there were gameplay to support it.
