ATM's, lockers, prebuilt restraunts and shops, customizable parking lots with trams?
Will there be things like this?

The ATMs and Lockers may be introduced, but they haven't been confirmed, and I am not expecting them to be in. But, if UGC is implemented, I'm sure some lockers will be created.
On the UI there is a tab for "Buildings". This will probably be pre-created shops, toilets and fast food stalls, BUT it could also involve restaurants.
I don't think parking lots will be introduced. At the moment the peeps come from tunnels, and I think it works really well. Because this entrance mechanism for peeps has already been implemented, I don't think it will change. Therefore, you won't have trams in parking lots, but I'm sure we will have trams and monorails as transport rides!
