Will this be remembered as the golden era for freeport

Having had lot of fun (killing, being killed, vigilantes ganging up on pirate, pirate ganging up on vigilantes etc etc) at freeport this last week, I'll actually be sad when the no fire zone bug is fixed.

Just saying.

I kinda hope that there will be a range of NFZs and policies from super safe core worlds to the current Freeport anarchy, just as there is a range on the real world from safe ports like LA and London to the pirate infested coast of Somalia.

Some areas should be a no go zone for some players

What is this bug? And if it makes the game better for anarchy, why not submit a ticket about this or make a poll?

Is the bug actually when lame folk use the landing bays to attack others without getting any consequences? I have had that happen to me a few times and not naming names for it. That needs fixing if so.

Otherwise I don't see the problem that the station only reacts back when fired upon as it's in an Anarchy sector.

I would have thought that the anarchy systems would have a much shorter no fire zone than a well protected imperial system for instance.

If this IS the case, then I am sure that the fun will still be there, just a little further out! :)

I think anarchy systems SHOULD be rougher (and I am a generally trader/co op player). The game needs places that are a proving ground for those like minded! Likewise I think that the aligned systems should be much harder to pirate in than anarchy (when it all comes together).

Don't dumb down the anarchy systems, I do not have to visit them if I don't want to get involved, and if I do go to try to run the gauntlet, I know what I am letting myself in for!
