I'm running Horizons on an i5 4288u 2.6ghz 2 core 4 thread, iris 5100 integrated graphics. Getting 25-30 on planets, 50-60 everywhere else on low settings. Shaders take ages to load though. 10-15 minutes.

It breezes through the base game on mid to high.

Your laptop will be fine. That said, I'll be upgrading to a decent desktop in the near future. Want me some of those a awesome vistas.
