Ok, so I assume come release, laying paths will incur some expense, as will sculpting hills, making lakes etc, question is, when we come to undo our creations what sort of refund will we get, will it only be a partial refund, like say, city skylines?
Only if it is only partial, then that may create a problem when it comes to terrain building, only I've found that requires the most tweaking of anything else in the game.
Perhaps an exception can be made for 'terrain' if partial will be the norm.
