Yes, regarding the location by the ocean, park layout, plant decorations and some of the park buildings.

No, regarding the enclosure pits, pedestrian park entrance and functioning harbour.

Sort of, the concrete perimeter fence.

Such a feature would remove the game's main feature; look after your dinosaurs well and create a suitable environment for them or they will escape and eat people.

An example of this happened canonically to the Jurassic World Lagoon Resort, the concept art that Masrani Global showed off at their press conference differed in a few ways to the final design from the film.

The key word here being roughly.

The park layout and some of the buildings look the same, but there are several differences both big and small:

For example, the real Innovation Center doesn’t have the monorail travel through the roof and has multiple entrances, when compared to the design from the concept art.

Another example can be found with the architecture of the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Thus it’s to be expected that the final designs in reality differ either big or small from the initial designs in concept art.

That's a concept art for the TLW. That was not what the actual JPSD looked like in the movie. The one you see in game is most likely more accurate. At least the amphitheater is more accurate. All we see in the movie is the amphitheater and nothing else.
