Anyone that can actually answer this question isn't going to say...
Personally I doubt it; it's a semi-aquatic animal like a Crocodile, and putting those in a tank would be silly... others disagree...

I would say no and yes. Because one yes it is a semi aquatic semi land like a crocodile and I also agree it would be silly to put it In a tank but I would like to see it in jwe2 since it is a great creature and I think it should have a chance to be in the game or be in a dlc pack in the future.

Doubt it, cause as others have pointed out it's not fully aquatic or land dwelling.
We are already getting many marine and flying reptiles for the game on launch, especially if you preorder the deluxe edition or buy the DLC on launch, but there will still be plenty in the base game. With the with the restrictions on which animals can be placed in enclosures with others you will most likely never see them all in one park anyway.
If we get any new aquatic and marine animals they will come as DLC or free content updates after the launch of the game. I just don't think we will get anything like this.
