One of the things I missed in rct3 from previous games was the ability to have multiple ride windows open with a camera of the coaster or other ride. It was a nice way to manage the park.

A thousand times yes! This was a really awesome feature and a shame that it was gone. The only other way you could do that was to have multiple Guest Windows open. But even then you would only follow the Guests.
