Hardware & Technical Windows 10 Adjust for best performance of... which is best (please)?

In Windows (10), Advanced System Settings, under Processor Scheduling, is it better to "Adjust for best performance of" 'Programs' or 'Background Services' when playing games, such as ED:H?

Thanks isokix. Have had it on background services for another app I was using. I'm going to change over to Programs on the strength of your advice.

While I'm here, instead of making a new (newbie) thread, perhaps I can ask if it is worth setting the game exe to 'high' priority in services?

No don't, Frontier have designed it to run in normal priority.

There was an issue with WatchDog.exe running in a higher priority had an impact but that is something different entirely.
