Hardware & Technical Windows 10 - built-in video recording

I just wanted to throw this out there for any who have yet to upgrade and haven't played with the previews and maybe haven't noticed this little feature in any shortcut breakdown news articles floating around.

Windows 10 supports native screenshot and video capture for any direct x game.

win+alt+r will capture video and pressing it again will end the video snippet, videos of course get saved to your video directory.

Good to not have to run third party software to take screenshots and video on demand.

Thanks from me also. There's quite a lot in W10 to discover.

Incidentally, for those who have yet to try it, if you have a spare drive you can load it clean onto that and sandbox it for a while.

I've ben running an un-Activated copy now for several days. Loading stuff in and trying things out.

My copy of Windows 7 is untouched on another drive.
