I've been gaming on PCs since 286 era and fiddled with various versions of DOS & Windows since 386 era, but am quite the newbie with Windows 10.
I have a couple of simple questions about W10 pro:
1) If I update the GFX driver using an administrator account, will the driver be updated for all accounts on that PC (I have set up a user account for the missus on my PC too)?
2) If I have disabled automatic updates (along with automatic driver updates) in group policy on my administrator account, will that apply also to the user account on same PC (so missus logging in won't force some dumb W10 default or newest driver installation over my freshly installed a bit older stable driver installation)?

1. Yes.

2. If you changed the option in "computer configuration", yes. Otherwise it will apply only to the account used to change "user configuration".
