Windows Mixed Reality, Please be aware.

Be aware, I purchased the HP WMR with controllers and after updating Win 10 to Fall Creators update, Bluetooth adapter would not work to pair the controllers.
I had to roll back to my previous Win 10 build (you only have 10 days in which to do that after install of Creator update, otherwise you have to download an ISO image of Win 10 Creator update to re install), after rolling back I paired my controllers and then re installed Creators update and all work fine.
On another note, with the WMR Portal, when you have it open on your desktop and it says "Headset off" and "Controllers off" that means your headset will work when worn, switching those on will transfer display to your Monitor as it is a "Simulation". Took me a few days to work that out, :D.
Not tried my WMR with Elite yet (only in the Portal) as I feel I am getting better resolution with my Rift.
Hope my info helps.

Thanks for the heads up, hopefully I don't have that problem when I receive mine tomorrow. ( was ordered last night)

Yah, I ran the "VR ready tool before I picked up my Samsung, which told me I needed Bluetooth 4.0 .. got one of those from AMZN prior to picking up the headset .. which unfortunately I had to return the next day due to it not working with Elite (for me at least) and not being able to go down to a 60mm IPD

I kept the Bluetooth Dongle .. I use it in place of the BT 3.0 one I originally had in there for the mouse.

Pro tip to anyone picking this up - download and run the tool before you start - it's available from the MS Store - they really should link that from every headset page on the store so you can pre-check your PC meets requirements
