Maybe a silly question and maybe been asked before but has anyone any idea as to wether the Mac version and Windows version will be realsed at the same time??

No Mac version will come after PC version

Hmmm as i feared Any one any ideas on how i stop my delivered reward being the PC version as im on a Mac.
Though if it comes to it i might just have to boot it as a PC in order to play not sure i can wait that long

This has also been asked before.....I believe you can request a mac version when it becomes available and halt the PC version being sent out ?
Also not sure whether XP will run ED anyway at the moment

Logically the backers Kickstarters and Paypals, could exchange PC version against the MAC version, once the MAC version released.
The OP makes a perfectly legit question. If Frontier are going to meet their Mac stretch goal commitment then, given the news about an open beta, I'd expect to see something 3 months after open beta was started.

You will get Mac version for free. Everyone who bought Windows version will.

Yes. As long as we control the distribution channel and are able to provide a free copy. This should be fine for Linux or Mac versions of the game.
