Wing Mission Questions

Hello fellow cmdrs, a few questions regarding the new wing missions I hope you can help answering:

1. I take a transport wing mission solo and nearly complete it. Now I invite a friend to a wing, share the mission, he accepts and I deliver the last few tons. He is part of the mission, but hasn't contributed anything. Does he still get the mission reward?
1a. Same as above, but I deliver 100% of the cargo before I invite him, but don't hand the mission in. Now I invite him to a wing. Can I still share the mission, so that he gets a reward without contributing?

2. I take a wing mission and share it with my wing mate. Now I have to leave the game. Can he go on with the mission while I am offline and can I come back later and get the reward anyway (he completed the mission while I was offline)?
2b. Same but the other way around. I share the mission with him, he has to leave, I complete the mission and he comes back later. Will he still get the reward?

1a is true. You can do all the hauling yourself, then invite him and share right before you turn in the mission and he will get 100% of the reward without contributing.

*edit - you may as well fill your wing with friends/randomers in open - spread the cash around. Everyone gets paid the full amount.

Not sure about the others, but I believe without a wing the missions can't be completed. Not 100% sure on it though.

Ok, thanks for now. Perhaps someone has tested the other questions already. If I find out, I'll share my findings.

2. No, it is your mission. You need to be in wing and share it, hand in first, then he can hand it in.

2b. Same. You need to be in wing. If you deliver and not winged up, thus not sharing, he has no mission to hand in when he gets back (I assume you mean logged off)

The 3 10 mil Assassination missions I did the other day plus another almost mil in bounties says they pay pretty good. I dont know but 30 some mil for about 20 min work int too bad.

They pay better based on faction rep and combat rank.
