"Wing" question

Supposeing I'm in a wing of say two, if I go to one station and accept some missions and my wing mate goes to another and accept some missions. And we have share selected do with share the mission I did and he did?

Each wing member can share ONE mission at a time with the other wing members. So, in a wing of two, both members can share a mission for a total of two shared missions. You can, of course, change which mission you are sharing at any time - for example because you’ve completed and/or handed in the first one you shared.

When you hand in a shared mission, the other wing members get a message indicating they “helped” which allows them to claim a reward. DO NOT delete that message or you will no longer be able to claim the reward.

So regardless of how many we both accept, we can only share one each; Right?

starting about a week ago, it seems that unless you actually get a hit on the mission target you won't get credit for your mission that you shared. I've been sharing missions between my wing mates for months now and we've done this a ton of times but after last week's Thursday morning maintenance, the wing sharing doesn't seem to be working. You can collect the rewards still but unless you tag the same mission target before it dies you won't get credit, thus basically making it so mission sharing for actual completing the mission is worthless. However you can still help and get the rewards so that's at least working.
