Newcomer / Intro Wing Wanted Hunting

So i was part of a crew hunting down wanteds fpr the bounty payout and the Cr was split out at the end of the crew session.

Does it work the same for wings or is it different?

Like, i scan and destroy a wanted target is the loot split? Is it based on damage done, first to hit? That sort of thing.
