Wings and rare trading

Is anyone else worried that wings is going to damage rare trading or make it not viable?

Because of the low supply of rares, and the reasonably high likelihood of piracy encounters I expect to encounter wings of pirates. But I dont see how you can form a rare trading wing, there isnt enough supply for everyone in the wing. (Or the option of a wing in solo. I've been having fun supplementing the rare income with bounties and submit to all interdictions to avoid hull damage costs, then blow the swine out of the sky. Hate to see that all go away

What do you guys think?

No, at launch (or maybe gamma) we would get a large amount of rares 60+, it was first come first serve, but you could get incredibly rich of it, I made around 11 million in a few hours just from one station. They obviously had to change it, so now each cmdr get's a fixed low supply rate

I have done a bit of Rare Trading in a wing of 2 people. There were no bonuses. I am wondering if rares are exempt from the bonus from trading in a wing or not.... can someone answer this, please?

were yu in the same system/station at the time of selling goods?
I have done rare trading (albeit once and briefly) with a friend in a wing of 2. We both sold stock at the same station, docked at the same time.
We each received the value of 5% of the other persons sale profit.

You need to collect the 5% from the contacts menu. Where you would pay fines/bounties, collect bounties, combat zone vouchers etc. there should be an option whilst in wing for trade vouchers. Did you look there?

As above, I have claimed recieved trade dividends from being in a wing selling only rare goods. I joined my wingman towards the end of our respective stock collections. We flew across the galaxy together and got trade dividends when we both were docked and both sold only rare goods at the same station.

Although we had been to many of the same systems gathering stock only the last few pickups were actually in wing, and of those only the last stop or 2 were we in the same system at the same time. I think the only requirement is to both be docked at the time of the sale.

Basically if you are in a wing and sell rare goods for a profit, if your wingman is docked in the same station at the time of sale, and gets no dividend - It's a bug.
You only get wing vouchers when another person in the wing sells stock for a profit.
