Wing is awesome - thank you Frontier!
Last night a friend and I met up, formed a wing, and kicked asp (Anacondas, Dropships, Pythons, Eagles, Vipers and Cobras too
) in a Resource Extraction Site making a stack of shared credit and having a lot of fun doing so.
My friend and I mainly play alone and last night was the first time since release we got together to do something. I don't think it will be the last.
He was the lead and would fly round looking for targets, whilst I followed closely behind (as much as I could, lol). When he found a target and made the first shot the target would turn purple (I like that feature). I would then target the purple pirate and engage in the fight. Awesome fun!
Pro tip: When you target your wing man's purple target make sure you finish the scan and he appears wanted before you start firing, otherwise you become wanted yourself. You wing man's knowledge that he is wanted doesn't automatically transfer to you.
So, thanks again Frontier for Wings, an awesome addition to what is already a fun game.
