Wings: Show Wingman distance above their icon (if applicable).

It would be very useful (when applicable) if a Wingman's distance was shown above their icon on the HUD?

ie: When in regular flight, how many km or metres away. Or in SC, how many ls away. And possibly if they're in another system, how many ly away?

I like that idea.
Another useful thing would be something like a little blue dot that is grey by standard and fills in blue once the ship is in range of the lock onto FSD feature thingie, so as a Wing Commander I'd know "Ah, wingman 1 and 2 are in range, I can drop out of supercruise."
