Winter theme

We have very few items we have for new year and christmas. What do you think?
I also really want an avatar with a red hat and a sweater with deer)

We got a lot of christmas pieces in the arctic pack and the europe pack, so I think there wasn't really anything else to add in that theme. The avatar outfit seems to be the only thing left, maybe if enough people as for it, frontier will make it.
Really? Do we have a lot of Christmas pieces? Show me plz)
I don’t have lot of Christmas pieces in my Arctic and Europe packs… only a few =(
Look..⬇️

I'm sure that the Christmas theme isn't finished. The new grassland pack is very nice.. but i think it's the perfect set for spring or summer. Soo many animals could be added to the winter pack.. and we don't have enough Christmas decorations and pieces!.. But we get butterflies and wildebeest for Christmas in the winter pack…..

We have so many t-shirts and shorts.. many hats with animal heads. Isn't it time to give us something warmer clothes and Christmas hats?

I need winter clothes for my avatar and my tundra guests !

Several items could be added in the free update for the holidays) Balloons, garlands, a snowman, deer from garlands)

I feel like someone stole Christmas from me..
What if the Grinch stole Christmas?🤭

This is a zoo game, not a theme park. And we can create a lot of christmas stuff from what we have in the game.

Theoretically I'd also like some Hanukkah stuff as well, of that we truly have nothing, but I don't think holidays should get that much focus in a zoo game. We had two different themes touching on christmas, that's enough in my mind.

And although probably the majority of PZ players celebrate Christmas, there a also plenty of players who don’t. Should the game contain lots of different ornaments for a variety of international holidays (after all Frontier tries to be inclusive), or should it rather focus on zoo-related things?

Have you checked the workshop? I remember seeing quite a lot of great player-made Christmas stuff from the previous years.

TBH I think there’s more than enough Xmas stuff already - I have no desire to create a zoo permanently stuck in the holiday season.

Much like a lot of missing themes , the community typically uses existing ingame assets to build whatever themed they want in game. The planet series continues to be one of the leading sandbox builders on the market which of course if you visit the workshop you can see why. Just by searching 'christmas' in the workshop and filtering by most popular of all time , you can find so much lovely decorations like gingerbread houses, Christmas trees, decoration multipacks, snowmen etc

Ill have to agree with most people here. The existing xmas stuff is already plenty of xmas stuff for me. I think the only piece of the bunch that i ever used are the giftboxes upside down as carboard boxes in backstage storage areas :D
Im just not to keen on hyper themed pieces in general i guess.
But i definitely could see them adding a snowman or something as a free update :)

While those are nice decorations and all , I don't think that's really zoo centric. Typically zoos in the winter love lights , from really nice Christmas trees, light up animals, even decorating entire zoos covered in lights for afterdark events like zoolights. Going small with tiny wreaths and tree decorations feels more like games like say house flipper or the sims rather than planet zoo

I would absolutely love to make these kind of Christmas events for my zoos but i wouldn't dare adding that many lights for the sake of my computer
