Hey CMDRs,
Since ED doesn't really have any integrations with RGB keyboards, so I decided to make my own for it using Aurora. I chose that program because it is really in depth in keyboard control, and it's compatible with nearly all RGB keyboards. Even if the keyboard template in the program doesn't match your keyboard, as long as you get it integrated with your software you should be able to use it. Example: works perfectly on my Razer Ornata Chroma on a template designed for the Blackwidow.

I don't own Aurora. Don't go to me if it does something wrong. Go to https://www.project-aurora.com/ and contact the devs there.
--Notes--
Refer to Notes.
There, got ya to read it. Now:
Click here to download the file. Google Drive will download it as a zip.
Also attached it to the post.
Go here to download Aurora. You should know what to do, download the setup.exe and install. Reboot if you want. I didn't and had no problems.
Now go ahead and go to your keyboard's software[e.g. Logitech Gaming Software or Razer Synapse] and enable the Aurora application to integrate. If you have different mice and keyboard brands, go ahead and do the integration with them too. It'll be nice to sync your keyboard and mouse across brands, believe me.

Once you've downloaded it, unzip it to:
C:\Users\[your username here]\AppData\Roaming\Aurora\AdditionalProfiles
AppData is a hidden folder. Don't know how to see hidden folders? Go to the View tab and click "Hidden items". Wow, all the folders popped up! They'll be slightly faded still so you know they're hidden.
If the folder "AdditionalProfiles" isn't there, make it. If Aurora isn't there, install and open it, then restart it once you've copied the profile in.
Open up Aurora and check if it works! [you scroll down in the left bar, similar to Discord's server list. Those are the pre-set game integrations.]
If it's there, yay, you did it!! The keyboard won't enter that mode and will stay in "Desktop" mode until you actually click "Play" on the launcher and the game starts.
Enjoy! o7

- This profile is designed for those with joystick/keyboard controls. I am working on the next version, which will have all keyboard controls for those without a joystick.
- This program[Aurora] and the profile do NOT connect with Elite Dangerous in any way, nor do they get data from it or modify data within it. Just uses your keyboard. Also, if you have the same control button on your joystick[such as D-pad for power control] it will not light up the corresponding key.
- I have not done anything with mouse lighting yet. Again, probably will in future. This is because there are so many mice with so many different configurable lighting zones... you get what I mean.
- This program only works with keyboards with per-key RGB lighting. Don't get all upset if you download the profile and it doesn't work because your keyboard only has three-zone lighting or whatever.
