I really like the idea of the carts as stalls idea. Perhaps to make it easier, they could create the cart with a recolorable merchant as one piece, and then have different decorations to change the look of the cart. They could either all sell the same things or make the cart merchandise user selectable.

I also noticed a lot of the things you are requesting could easily go into a spooky expansion, which I have a feeling will be released around Halloween, if not before!

I also noticed a lot of the things you are requesting could easily go into a spooky expansion, which I have a feeling will be released around Halloween, if not before!

I suggested the carts and merchants as separate placeables for the sake of flexibility.... (That way you could perhaps mix and match the merchants, have them facing away from their cart or towards their cart, or not manning the cart at all... Some players will undoubtedly want to use the cart without the merchant character, and some players will most likely want to use the merchant animatronic as a stand alone character in a different scene... (Maybe standing on a box...)

Not to say your idea is entirely bad, I'd just rather have them as separate objects and have the devs include a blueprint for those who want a ready made scene they can plop down and edit.
