From what I recall of WH40k lore, didn't the Warp become much more violent and dangerous after the Fall of the Eldar and the birth of Slaanesh?

I'm a bit confused avout the timeline, during the Dark of Technology when mankind what at their zenith did this predate the Fall of the Eldar or did the two civilizations coexist for awhile?

as far as I know the Dark Age of Technology ended with the Fall of the Eldar because the Warp Stormes made warptravels impossible. But there is no exact date when this happend (at least I dont know of one) also we dont really know how long humanity were at their peak in terms of technology etc.

... but yeah. Neat. If only it were as interesting as that in the game. Imagine the insurance claims on being turned inside out from a bad warp jump. People think crashing into stations is bad enough as it is.

That would explain piracy. Chaos pilots. Nurgle's rot decaying their ships while they mutate in the cockpit...

This thread reminds me of when I watched Event Horizon and concluded it actually took place in WH40K's universe lol. Made a rather bad movie a little more enjoyable actually.
