Last night (12 hours ago) I was in Hornsby Station buying the Kobe beef; they had 9. I just landed there again and they have nothing to sell?? 
I thought they were supposed to respawn every 10 minutes or so. I know that it should have respawned in 12 hours! Did they change something with rare spawns??
