With one hand you giveith and takeith it away a few patches later - low rank npc's again

Last week I was regularly getting Dangerous and above pirates at Nav Beacons and RES's. So today went about expecting the same.

Just spent the last 4 hours doing combat missions to increase my Federal rank and Combat rank, mostly at Nav beacons or signal sources as none of the systems had any RES sites. In 4 hours of killing pirates or lack of them, I made one single percent in combat rank. Lots of novice and again Mostly Harmless as we had before the fix, that you broke again or nurfed in the last week

If its system specific, then currently working out of Sol

Currently at Master 21% too Dangerous
 
Go to a high intensity combat zone & you will find much tougher ships to kill (Competent to Elite). I was at Master 50%, & within a few days I reached Dangerous, playing a couple of hours per day.

The harmless thing is common for me in nav beacons ... actually it lacks in pirates at all which is why I avoid going in there. However, signal sources provide good targets for me (master anaconda and elite Dropships). It seems to be palyer and (virtual) region specific.
 
I was in a CZ last night (Solo, Low Intensity), and got my empennage handed to me. I was flying a maxed Vulture. Got out with 14% hull, and a breached canopy. Multiple NPC opponents are very dangerous, regardless of stated ranking.

Landed by docking computer. What SJA takes away with one hand... :)

So, my Combat Rating (currently Not To Be Trusted With BB Gun) went down, of course. :)
