The next system on my route turned out to have a neutron star as the entry point, and to my surprise an M class only 3 Ls away(and another M only 23 Ls).
Well that pesky M class was the object that went past my ear on my left as I came out in front of the neutron star, what a trip :D

It was a surprise, and trouser changing !!! When you have millions in exploration data, you do not want to crack canopy 20000 LY out !

p.s. you could avoid this rare thing of jumping between 2 stars, when you choose your next system look in the info section and make sure that system has only one star :)

The problem is that single stars are in the minority.
Besides, isn't that half the fun going "WAAHH!!!!" as it zooms past your ear? :)
