Wolcen is an ARPG funded by a Kickstarter 4 years ago. It finally launched last week. It takes a good look at Poe and D3. The visual are done in cry engine and some of the best the genre has seen so far.

The first weekend was a total disaster with the database getting dropped at Friday night. The servers where offline the whole weekend and finally came back on yesterday. Additionally the game still has a lot of bugs.

Despite these shortcomings the combat, build diversity and visuals feel like the best we have seen for ARPGs ever.

The game started in the steam top 10 most played titles instantly and with all the headache. See for yourself:

It looks interesting enough. Though taking what you said into consideration, I'm probably going to wait a couple of months.
But it looks like it could be one of the games that will help me survive the summer wait for CP.

First hotfix coming. There is a lot of good stuff inside. The notes also mention that they are not able to push more than update per week. It shows how unprepared their whole development process is for the current interest in the game. I hope they can sort this out soon.
