I have not tested this completely as I have not gotten wolves in Franchise Mode, but is it possible that the reason the two females fight in Career Mode the fact that wolves operate on a family based structure? Its possible that if you put any unrelated wolves together the wolves of the same sex might get upset. Is the AI good enough for this I wonder?

Wolves will fight the same sex regardless of if they're strangers or their own grown up pups. It's kind of ridiculous, honestly, given the fact this game boasts about how "realistic" its animals are.... and yet you can't even have wolf packs, even by just breeding a pair and keeping the adult pups around, because they'll continuously fight. :/
That's right. But in PZ have to be wolf packs! Now it is very unrealistic, and it doesn't fit in the Game realistic. Thats right.
