My girlfriend is always going on about going green. Saving the environment, doing things to save the planet and so on. OK, she convinced me so I started thinking of ways to do it.
I came up with a great plan and started to work on it. Later that week, I sat her down and told her how I was helping by reducing the amount of chemical hair gel I buy and use a natural hair gel instead. I showed her the small jar I'd managed to make. When she asked what it was, I told her. Every time I blow my nose or cough up phlegm, I put it in the jar to use as hair gel, it works really well and is often better than the chemical one.
I thought she would be pleased but no, she said it was gross and promptly dumped me. There's no pleasing some people.
