Hello friends! Welcome to the official thread for Wonder Lake Amusement Park. I'm incredibly excited to be posting this project as it's something I've been working on (on and off again) since 2020.
Firstly, I would love to introduce myself. I used to be heavily active in the RCT community back on the Atari forums and Shyguys world forums. I used to go by the name Crisps and maybe, just maybe you recognize some park names such as "Lake Destinee Theme Park" the original "Wonder Lake" or even "Ontario's Wonder Thrills". After taking several years away from the community, I'm excited to rejoin and meet many new faces (and I'm sure some old faces as well.)
As we dive into this first public project of mine, I'd like to start off by stating that this project has very much been a joy to come back to year after year. You will definitely notice a lot of blank spaces here and there as well as additional problems that need to solve. This is the main reason I'm starting this project on YouTube! I want to document and highlight the "last days" of PC1 before the launch of PC2!
Traditionally I always made story parks, but this will purely be a progress park. With that being said, let's get into the meat and potatoes of the park tour/introduction and episode 01!
