Working Capital ship battle, has anyone seen one?

Travelled a long way to see the Empires capital ship the other day, motivated by a video i saw of it actually doing something. However when i get there both of the instances are just sitting there, i can't choose sides and as usual its very very dull.

Has anyone seen on of these work? Do they only work at certain times? Do you need a mission or rep with one side etc?

They were working back in Sorbago when that whole thing was going on, although the capital ships didn't seem to actually do much damage with their weapons fire to the other NPC ships flying around.

Checked out Buricasses, thanks Red that one works. One thing to tick off my list. Next would be fighting one :p
