PC2 and The Workshop disaster! The Workshop is constantly crashing. Problems with downloads. Not to mention you cannot unsubscribe from a workshop item in-game. Frontier has a lot of work to do, both with the game and with the Workshop, if they want to make purchase of this game worth it's price tag.

Frontier doesn't give a damn what your problems are. Even during alpha, we players were complaining about certain issues and they completely ignored us. Corporate devs are arrogant suits who don't care what you think as long as you've already shelled out the bucks for the game. And they know you'll probably shell out more the bells and whistles in DLC. Put putting lipstick on a pig doesn't make it a supermodel. It's still just a pig.
The only reason Planet Coaster became as popular as it was, was the content that others made for it, AND the workarounds for the quirky game mechanics posted by helpful designers.

Agreed, and they took that out by only allowing their own broken limited workshop. So now nobody will make content for it and it will die.
It is literally Cities Skylines 2 all over again.
And the worst thing is: Because I used to love Planet Coaster 1 just like how I used to love Cities Skylines 1, when these companies release a new installment and you are this disappointed, you automatically start hating the first installment too because they have ruined the good memories you have from the title.
So right now it said blueprints needed me to update them, contacted their creators and low and behold they never updated them so again workshop is marking blueprints as if they got updated without there being an update done. This nonsense needs to stop. Also again frontier give us an update all button or a tab that just shows blueprints that got updated,
The total insane madness that is Frontier Workshop, not only as said above do blueprints randomly get marked as if they got updated there is also a huge issue with blueprints that randomly get uninstalled and randomly get set to download again as if they are downloading yet then hang on that. I made a video of these issues going on where you can see that some of my favorites got uninstalled again and where it just keeps setting blueprints to downloading. Frontier wake up and fix the workshop because it is a giant mess and we been warning for these issues for years now since you launched the frontier workshop on planet coaster 1 on console yet you have chosen to keep ignoring everyone that reported it only to have the same issues again now in Planet Coaster 2 on both PC and Console.

another annoying thing about this frontier workshop is people constantly fake updating their blueprints just to be on the 1st page again, this entire workshop makes me sick and makes me long for the steam workshop again. No wonder people just started uploading their blueprints on 3rd party sites it is much easier and no nonsense with fake updates or blueprints wrongfully being marked as updated. So far no word from frontier about the workshop problems not even we are looking at it not a peep anywhere on any social media. just gets completely ignored again as we got use to for the past years when we reported the same issues for planet coaster 1 and planet zoo on console
So, if you update your blueprints, it will be automatically ranked up? Interesting.
My post was November 10, 2024. It is now April 6, 2025 and nothing has been done to fix the Workshop issue. But they sure made sure that they got their DLC out.
I rest my case.
we urgently need the workshop improved. whenever i try to seacht for something with "the" in the name it shows me literally every blueprint with that word in the name or even the description. this wasnt the case with steam workshop.
