workshop question

i dont own the game yet but i gonna buy it 100 % when it will be released.

yesterday i was browsing the planet coaster steam workshop and was very much impressed by the awesome creations people have uploaded.

my question is if it is possible to download the blueprints as a preperation for the release or do i have to own the game first ?

You can not download them as they are downloaded into the game as a blueprint.

Having said that, and I'm very unsure on how steam works with regards to a game you don't own; if you subscribe to them now (if that's an option) then when you do purchase the game they should show up in you blueprints tab.
