Hi! :)

I'm currently under the impression that if you assign a building to an employee, they will only be able to utilise those buildings.
Is this correct?
If it is, what would cause a mechanic assigned to Zone 4's workshop, to start using Zone 1's workshop?
I have confirmed that Zone 1's workshop is not within Zone 4's contents.

How many mechanics are assigned to that workshop ? If there are more than it can hold then they will have to use a different one

There is still a bug with mechanics queuing at the wrong workshop. I have this bug in my current zoo. It might be related to the fact that the second mechanic was not assigned to a work zone before and did not do any research either. Now he is assigned to a habitat work zone with his own workshop and he still lines up in front of the other workshop and I constantly get the notification. I’ll try to replace him and let him wander around again with no research tasks or fire him.

Usually, I add a mechanic when I build a new habitat and they get assigned to this habitat with their own adjacent workshop. I don’t think I ever had this issue in this setup.
