So usually on advanced movement we got to move objects on the three axis to the local object. This sometimes got confusing if you rotated the object as you could no longer push the object exactly horizontal or vertical. Now as well as this local axis rotation you can now have the world axis rotation which allows you to move the object in relation to the world (horizontal and vertical) even if you have rotated the object.
