even though it is nothing like the book it actually looks quite promising because all the trailers I have seen it looks to be more of a disaster action film like 2012 and NOT a zombie horror

we all know what a zombie looks like up close but no one has done a Zombie hoard on this scale, im now up for seeing the bigger picture of a zombie hoard.

Yeah i loved the feel of 28 days later and love love The walking Dead(a few zombies here and there) but as i mentioned in the Book WWZ, the chapter called Battle at Yonkers is where its like a last stand of the American army against the Herd.
Millions upon millions of Zombies, although they cant run as fast! still those pics you put up of the film look great and truly terrifying!...glad am going to see it in the morning not at night!

finished reading the Book last night. totally enjoyed it for not focusing on Zombies and instead focusing on the survivors point of view, great read.

Glad you enjoyed the book mobius, i still not seen the film but hoping this weekend, they say its had such a good opening(worldwide) that a second film is being planned right now.

@psykokow...knew you were in their somewhere, looks like the crowd at a glasto fest ive been to! no washing for five days!

Love the idea of space zombies - missions to destroy infected ships and stations plus quarantined systems with it's inevitable secret base.
I'll have to wait some time to watch this, I don't want to watch in Italian because I'll spend the whole film trying to understand the meaning of the sentences.
Then again, is dialogue important in a zombie film? "Cervelli . . .CERVELLI!"

on reading the book, its more about survivors than Zombies, i think thats why i like the book. I imagine the Film is more of the same,

Looks like it has the classic elements of Dad tries to save the kids/family against overwhelming odds.
