Worlds Fair transport ride.

Anyone think this is proof that Planet Coaster is making Omnimover systems (Omnimover Ride, Omnimover Station) to go with lapping, Block and Standard? If they are putting in the Peoplemover, there's no reason there could be omnimover rides, such as shooter dark rides (Astro blasters), Doombuggies, 6-seater Motion Cars, or maybe even the spaceship earth system. Omnimover Station would be a loading system used in various coasters such as wild mouses, Spinning Coasters, Inverted Coasters, peoplemovers, and River Rapids. Maybe planco can make omnimover load systems on many different coasters, including launched coasters.[squeeeeee]

I don't think so.

Now the pack's out here's some more deets if you need them:

Minimum track piece length is 6m
Slope up/down is 10°
Turn angle per piece is 90°
Track banking is 3°
Trains are limited to 3 to 5 cars
Train speed can be set between 5mph and 20mph

EDIT: Oh, and this is what the 'Optional Lights' tickbox adds (they animate, can't be reccoloured):

I don't think I understand the appeal or excitement over this people mover... Can some-one explain please?

Well, it's a nice change from trains and monorails, and is actually required in all the Disney-inspired parks folks tend to make. But it also has much potential as a dark ride.

Had a limited play around. The options it presents is excellent. It raises high pretty quickly and could be used as a bodged vertical transport (in a spiral). The canopy and lighting is gorgeous and the animations spot on. With the right colours and scenery, would make a good dark ride as Bullethead stated. Placing the two way tracks and hubs looks really nice once you get it all going.

Have a further play, Aaron. I'm sure after you've had a proper play around with the pieces then you may see it more optimistically. I was certainly somewhat cynical and I'm much happier after some experimenting. However I understand why you're feeling underwhelmed overall.

I think they're really cute watching them zip around. They look great underground too, I'm currently replacing the underground metro in my park Lake Greenwood and they look nice zipping around in a tunnel. I'm ready to start a new park and design it around them. They're just fun and cute, I dunno [tongue]

I think they made a great ride. Nice animations, as always.
And all those canopy options are cool [up]
Just on a subjective level I'm not very fond of the 'plasticky'/modern look of it. Maybe it will grow on me.

Anybody think this is confirmation that Planet Coaster is making Omnimover frameworks (Omnimover Ride, Omnimover Station) to run with lapping, Block and Standard? In the event that they are putting in the Peoplemover, there's no reason there could be omnimover rides, for example, shooter dull rides (Astro blasters), Doombuggies, 6-seater Motion Cars, or possibly the spaceship earth framework Minecraft Pocket Edition Google Play Services Counter-Strike

Don’t you mean the continuous moving chairlift (magnificient rides DLC) as potential start for an omnimover ride?? As far as I see, the Peoplemover is technically the same as the other trackrides. So why should this be ‘a confirmation’? The chairlift on the contrary is a technical revolutionary in Planco. A continuous moving chain of ride vehicles... That said, it looks indeed that it should be possible to implement an omnimover now...

However, we’ll never get any confirmation, till it’s announced...

I hope that the chairlift is the confirmation for omnimovers. They would be a great addition! But plsss, implement a round station piece[wink]
