Parks worlds of adventure: we are open

for previous updates (only 2 ) check this link: http://www.shyguysworld.com/index.php/topic,20275.0.html

hi all, me Ric, and my brother Kevin, after 3 years since we purchased it we all wish you welcome to the latest themepark on this planet:

Worlds Of Adventure

In this themepark we were inspired by other large themeparks,we started to travel to visit several themeparks for it, 1 thing we noticed there wasn't always much green, so we choose to combine flora with theming, you already saw the teaser of Little Tortuga, which we will show more in another update, this time we shall show you the area of: Jungle outlands, While Little Tortuga is more themed like a small tropical island with less dense plants the Jungle Outlands makes you feel like walking through a jungle. But let me show you the entrance first.

when you enter the park the first thing that visitors will notice is the lovely view of Little Tortuga.

the other side of the lovely view shows you this, our entrance building and a sign. though the entrance building is done, we still need to add some extra detail to it, since we ran out of our budget (let's just say we underestimated the cost of building a themepark ) we are hoping that with our park open, we can fix that for next season.

Once you entered the park you will reach our World Square, through this square you can travel to one of the 3 current themed areas, the Frontiers (behind the tree), Jungle Outlands and Little Tortuga. Sadly the entrance for Fantasy Kingdom is still closed, we decided to honor Lake Park through restore all the rides if possible or buy new ones that are the exact same. fantasy Kingdom would honor that but the restoration of 3 rides takes longer then we thought (and takes a large bite of our budget).

The Tree itself is very old, planted by the first people who settled down in this area and in the end started the foundations of the city. The tree has seen many things rise and fall, let's hope it will never witness the fall of this park.

here is the entrance for Jungle Outlands, nothing really special but easy to see you are.

Tikichiki's Revenge, we like to thank Tikichiki for sponsoring our Tiki restaurant, so we named this ride after it, as you can see the ride is very popular.

Tiki Restaurant, sit outside, enjoy the view, again we thank Tikichiki for sponsoring this restaurant.

For now our biggest attraction in the Jungle Outlands, Snake Racers, i think the name says enough, the track is filled with lots of curves and hills, crawling through the jungle, the lower turn is the only part of the orginal go kart track we were managed to save.

Enjoy a visit to Worlds of Adventure, next time me and my brother will highlight Little Tortuga

well hello there, glad to see you back again in our park, while you're here why not visit Little Tortuga, if you're wondering on how to reach it, well let me show you:

If you are in the Jungle Outlands, you can walk to Little Tortuga behind the station of Snake Racers, where the impressive tower is dominating your view.

Or use the main entrance, using the bridge over the water.

Come and enjoy a meal with your fellow pirates at the Tortuga Burger Shack.

And if you need to relieve yourself, just use the cabins just outside (be to honest, while everything was built our architect forgot to add toilets to the restaurant  )

Ofcourse the biggest attraction (and currently only) in Little Tortuga is Lockjaw's Tour, a dark ride, it will make you feel like a true pirate, sailing through our little pirate city. First the upcoming sailors must venture out in a dangerous swamp

Ofcourse you should well know that pirates can't be trusted, you must first dive before Captain Lockjaw allows you to sail into Little Tortuga.

Warning though for riders and watchers, you may get wet :p

Inside the tower, just before you drop, you get this amazing view.

The ride sadly isn't finished, the budget for the area ran out(we really underestimated how much this all would cost). We really hope we can finish it within 1o years and perhaps add a few more rides. While we got 2 jungle themed areas, Little Tortuga will focus on more family oriented rides while Jungle Outlands shall feature more rides not suited for the whole family. It's our little way to prevent potential clashes between families and teenagers.

as a little bonus here is a lovely view of Snake Racers, it's a good way for other family members to watch you race if they didn't want to ride along.

The next time you visit our little park, we shall explore our last current open area: The Frontiers.
