Worth the trip - Y Canum Venaticorum

Arrived at this carbon star tonight. I must admit that I was not prepared for just how big this thing is. It is mind-boggling.

About 900ls away from the star.

I did knock a couple percent of the hull hitting these rocks just a tad fast while trying to line up a nice screenshot.
It's dangerous out here :)

Anuranium, where did you go from here? The stars are spread thin in this region and I'm not sure which way I'll head next.

Hi, depends on what you are flying. I have an Anaconda with 39,4LY range, but for this specific star I just returned back "home" again. (I'm a space tourist and La Superba was my goal at the time)
If you're struggling, maybe it's best to get down where the stars are more dense, and reduce the risk of getting stuck without enough fuel to get to a scoopable star. Or maybe you will go on, and find new, wonderful things no-one else have ever seen before ;)

It's all up to you,
Fly safe CMDR
