Great vid. I love all this stuff.
Light always travels at C. So headlights would work as normal. But time would slow down, and at C, time would stop.

We aren't really travelling faster than the speed of light, the fsd warps space so the distance between you and your destination is shorter than it should be. The upshot is ftl travel, but only by cheating our way around it because ftl travel isn't allowed. So, yes, the headlights would work in the warp bubble.
