Ship Builds & Load Outs Would this be a good starter build for the conda?

Anaconda builds are fun. Anyhoooooow. This would be a decent combat anaconda build for a beginner. Even someone without a lot of money can engineer builds so this is of course best served with engineered components. I personally run a 7A OC powerplant on my anaconda to save some money and weight as it covers my power needs. The PP on this build needs a small overcharge boost or you can alternatively drop some shield boosters instead or switch some more weapons to multicannons (everything on the underside is a good set for example, especially if you get corrosive on one of those small ones so they become usefull also).
