General / Off-Topic Would you ever consider making a DARK RIDE SIM?

My favorite type of ride is a Dark Ride. I was wondering, could it ever be possible to make a game where one could make Dark Rides?

Im not following....could you explain what a "dark ride" is...?

A Dark Ride is a slow moving ride in an enclosure. Like the name states, it is literally a slow moving ride in the dark. The only things one sees in a Dark Ride are the animatronics for the ride. The best examples of Dark Rides could be found in the Disney Parks.

I don't see why wouldn't it be in any rollercoaster themed game by default. Or at least as an expansion of sort.

I seem to remember seeing a Steam Workshop version of Space Mountain and there are "tunnel" types as well. A search of the Steam Workshop might help.

So what you're talking abut is amusement rides like ghost trains etc.?

There was a VR demo made (I think for PS4) with a theme park, ghost train (I assume "dark ride") concept.

It would be awesome to make rides based on different themes, horror, sci fi, retro future, funny, fantasy, prehistory; the possibilities could be endless.
