Wow. A game changer.

I just got my Anaconda's FSD modded and have a jump range of 57 ly's. I feel like I'm cheating after thousands of jumps with a 34 ly range. I'm looking forward to my first shakedown cruise in it!

I had the same feeling when flying a 35ly Keelback, that seems like a dream while flying my 24.5ly FDL after about 120kly.

BTW Anaconda is indeed a cheat, it has a mass that should be twice as much to be aligned with the rest of the Elite fleet. :)

Considering, that the AspX had a maximum range of 18 LY in FFE, some 50+ looks amazing :) On the other hand, there was a ship in FFE, that could jump 92 LY, which seemed incredibly too much at that time.

Those were the Quest-class ships, equipped with a special drive, both of which could only be accessed through the Thargoid storyline missions. On the whole, jump ranges were almost universally lower than they are in ED. (If memory serves, you could equip some small ships with oversized drives, but then you couldn't carry much anything else, including fuel.)
