Hanlon's razor applies here I think. People throwing words like "scam" and "lie" about should be ashamed of themselves.

Totally agree.. People are sensationalising this and its gong way out of proportion. Remember who were backing people, its not like there a multi-million dollar company with an office block of CS reps and accountants.. They are a small company that are in the business of making a cool game above all else.. Like games used to be made you know?? Before massive company's bought out the smaller ones and dissolved them as they were only making fun games and not fun profit.. Frontier don't deserve to be treated this way(extremely harshly) for honest to goodness mistakes and errors.

It would be nice if we could avoid words like 'lie' because something went a bit wrong with the website, to say the least.

Some people on this forum are either incapable of expressing themselves without resorting to hyperbole or really, really need to calm down, or both.
