Wow, the game is throwing money at me!

I am not sure I am complaining, but it feels changed for sure.

Repairs, fuel, new ships, everything became dirt cheap. Bought the Vulture from the milk money, equipped it, guess that's gonna be my new throwaway ship.
And now casually flying through space, shooting the ocassional pirate to smithereens gives me MONEY like crazy. I was checking USS, looking for an "assassination Anaconda hint giver" (who doesn't show up, that's still broken, thank you FD... NOT!), I casually shot a few pirates, and that gave me millions (yes, I was looking for that hint giver a long time). 70k for a cobra? Huh?

(Also a strong signal source that turned into a conflict zone with 20 ships firing at each other, surprised me, have to admit that.)

Will have to get accustomed to that. Right now it feels - well, cheap, but perhaps that's a good thing. Will speed up my way to the 930 Mill Anaconda for sure.

Made my way trading and assassinating (about 80 Mill in assassination/bounty) till now, the way it is now I think I can stop trading now and do killing only.

That'll change things for sure. Guess there'll be a lot less traders from now on. I wonder if the pirates will be not amused in the future since they don't have easy prey anymore :D

Traders will have no problem shifting gears. If blowing stuff up pays significantly more than trading all those Anacondas will soon be sporting 7A shields with 4 x A shield boosters and 4 x hull reinforcements instead of cargo holds.

Adaptation, how's it work?

and when they will want to just trade wont be on open to risk the expensive trade ships from near free cost fighters...;p

I reckon a lot of people who have been traders aren't doing it because they actually like trading just it was the most efficient way to make money. If they can now make good cash doing combat many will probably switch. This in turn may mean better profit margins for the actual traders in time.

Indeed, these kinds of changes will cut the numbers of the "omg I HAD to" traders, leaving more of the hardcore dealings to the more Jita-minded of our populace. There may still be great opportunities to trade that nobody would pass up, but non-trade-focused players are much less forced into picking up Ye Olde Logg Booke and can stick to their guns, so to speak.

Hi, CMDRS. just food for thought, If trading players opt for combat options, then the traders that stick to trading will get the benefit of prices staying high. A lot less T9 dumping prices after there deliveries. And just maybe prices on items becoming a lot high to trade in per unit. No more T9 trading, hello Cobra Trading like it was lol...... Well, I am aloud to dream.... Thanks for reading...
