Ive watched alot of the video's put up on Youtube about Elite : D but this one really shows the detail so far, and the sound also you really get a feeling of size. Really tempted to buy into the Alpha now

I really like the cockpit glass scratches/dirt, makes it look really believeable. I've not seen that before (only the ice effect which is awesome too).

Depends on the angle lighting, but it is very bealievable.

Uhm wait till you try it in the Oculus. That's the only way you can really feel the scale, nothing compares to it.

You'd better hurry up then because there only a few more weeks left before they are stopping the alpha being bought (25 April iirc).
